 Anthony Panzica, creator of Scooter Patrol, rides his scooter around Sunset Beach at night, assisting owls who have had too much night and would be unsafe behind the wheel. Panica puts the scooter in the back of the affected person's car, drives him or her to the desired location, and leave by scooter.
